If you are considering ordering a piece of Clare Lupino jewellery, or wish to commission Clare to create something uniquely yours please call Clare to discuss your ideas. Clare will then send you all the information you need, including quotes, sketches and bead samples if required.

Perhaps you will want to send swatches of material or photographs of yourself and any specific outfit you wish to wear with your Clare Lupino jewellery.

A cheque will need to be posted to Clare at the time of placing your order.

Postage

All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and will be charged at £3.00 p&p. ALL ORDERS OVER £70 INCLUDE FREE P&P. Your jewellery will arrive beautifully presented, wrapped in coloured tissue paper inside a gold box, complete with a title and handwritten description. You will also receive care instructions. If you wish, gifts can be sent on your behalf.

In the unlikely event that your jewellery is found to be faulty, please contact Clare and return your jewellery within 10 days of receipt. Clare will rectify any problems and dispatch your item via Next Day Delivery Service.

As pieces are specifically created for each individual, refunds are not possible. However, a repair service is available on request.
